At VisualStudio.tv, Inc. our refund policy is robust. When you are disatisfied it means we didn’t fulfill our end of the win-win bargain we strive for in all of our business relationships.

If at anytime you are not satisfied with our service, or if you feel the purchased product was less than ideal please reach out and we will work to fully satisfy your concerns up to and including a full refund of your purchased item(s).

When you succed, we succeed.

In some cases we will only be able to offer in-store credit such as services provided by third party vendors and subcontractors, but rest assured that we will do everything possible to ensure our client’s satisfaction.
